Very Happy With My New Car

GREAT COMPANY TO BUY FROM

we bought a ds3 from these guys and what great service ,very friendly and no hard sale, unfortunately after having the vehicle for a week it developed a serious oil leak which we had repaired by our local garage they also replaced the rear discs & pads £345 phoned Elliott at smith & clarks he apologised send the invoice and refunded the money to me fabulous

I would highly recommend Smith & Clarks. I bought my car recently through Iain. The car is great and was in perfect condition and newly serviced. Iain was really professional and helpful. Had a slight issue with the car a few weeks later, I called Iain and he came straight round the next day and rectified it.
Overall a great car buying experience.

Went there expecting to be badgered about buying a car, Ian was relaxed, easy going, brilliant sales man with a lot of knowledge of the car I chose, didn't make me feel pressured into buying the car. Ian gave me a very good deal on my car PX, more than anywhere else. Amazing service, would 100% recommend

Great experience buying a car from Iain! Coming from London to see a Ford Fiesta, he held the car for me until I could get down to see it. Explained the process thoroughly, answered all my questions honestly and even help me set up the car tech before I drove away. The best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long while! Will definitely be recommending his company to my friends and will be going back when I need my next car.
